• Alpkit sells its item through its website only. So you can return through postage only.
• If you are using your desired courier service to deliver your item back, you should have proof of postage and a tracking id if your items are lost during transit. Without it, you won’t get any refund if your items are gone missing.
• If your items are faulty, Alpkit will provide you with a full refund and collect their product through their courier service.
• If you cancel your item within 14 days of purchase and live in the European Union, then Alpkit will refund the standard postage and packing cost you have paid.
