Initially, there was a 30-day return window, but due to the ongoing Coronavirus, they have extended this window to 60 days.

AYBL requests customers to allow up to 7 working days to process the return once the products have been received. They will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

In case of customers receiving a faulty item, the brand allows them to send it back via their own pre-paid collection system. The customers, in that case, will not be asked to process a return.

UK RETURNS

  1. To begin with the process of UK return, the customers can visit the return portal at https://return.clicksit.com/shop/aybl.
  2. Next, they need to enter their order number and email to start the returns request.
  3. Next, they can select the items and the reason for return.
  4. Then, click on ‘confirm’.
  5. The customers shall then receive an email with their prepaid collect+label and information on where to return the item.
  6. They need to allow up to 7 business days to process the return once it has been received. They will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  1. For international returns, customers can contact the customer service team with their order number, the items they wish to return, and also the reason for the return by clicking here – https://aybl.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new and filling out the form.
  2. They will receive an email with further information on how to complete the return within one business day.
  3. They must allow up to 7 days for them to process your return merchandise after it has been received by them.

STORE RETURN POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in the same condition as was dispatched to them. It should be unwashed, unused, and in a sellable condition.

  • AYBL reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has been shipped after the 30-days grace period.
  • Once the product has been shipped and inspected, AYBL will send you an email notifying you that they have received the item.
  • They will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, then the refund shall be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • AYBL is not able to generate return labels for international shipping. So, international customers will be responsible for return shipments.
