Suppose you have not reached or called the hotel to confirm your presence by 8 a.m. the morning after your vacation was scheduled to begin. In that case, they will consider that the holiday has been canceled, and the total payment and the insurance premium will be lost.

If you want to cancel, your booking contacts them as soon as possible. They might request to send written proof of your cancellation, such as a doctor’s note or court notice. If this is the case, please submit a scan or photocopy of the proof to holidayprotection@butlins.com at least 48 hours before your holiday begins.

Your vacation will be canceled as a result. Kindly wait to hear from Butlins to see if they can refund some of your money. Refunds from our end may take up to 28 days.
