Their cold weather outfits are loved across the world and they ship worldwide. As they cater to a large customer base, sometimes, wrong product deliveries, faulty items or exchange requests come up, which are inevitable. To help their customers to tackle these issues, they have created their Canada Goose Return Policy.

What is the Canada Goose Return Policy?
- Canada Goose is committed to the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Complimentary return labels are available provided the item(s) are unwashed, unworn and have the original tags still attached.
- To return the footwear, the full set of shoes must be present with both sets of laces, dust bags, and a physical case.
- Shipping fees on the original order will not be refunded.
- All the collaboration sales are final and are not eligible for return with the exception of Angle Chen.
How to Return?
Customers can return the product BY MAIL and IN-STORE.
By Mail
- Select the “Create a Return” button below to start your return process and obtain your complimentary return label.
- You may also log in to the My Account or Order Status section of the site to start your return.
- Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
- Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
- Canada Goose does not accept returns without a Canada Goose return label.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account
- You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.
- Refunds may take 5- 7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution.
- Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.
- They are happy to process your return over the phone and email you the return label. Please contact at 1-888-276-6297 or ce@canadagoose.com.
IN-STORE
- Online orders can be returned at any Canada Goose Store in the same country the initial purchase was made given they meet the return conditions.
- When you visit a store to make your return, please present the items you wish to return along with your order confirmation email or your receipt.
- The original method of payment will be required for the return. If the original method of payment is not present, the value of the item will be returned onto a Canada Goose gift card. Orders paid with cash or debit and placed through a Canada Goose Store can only be returned at a Canada Goose Store in the same country of the initial purchase and return conditions are met.
- Please note, online orders placed with Klarna or PayPal cannot be returned to our stores. Please refer to the online return instructions.
Exchanges
- Currently exchanges are only offered in our Canada Goose Stores. We are unable to offer exchanges online.
- You can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date using a Canada Goose complimentary return label and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.
