What is Dickies’s Return Policy?

The return policy of Dickies tells its customers that if they wish to change their mind after purchasing any item, they must do so within 90 days.

Moreover, some conditions must be fulfilled while returning an item to the Dickies:

• The product must be in new and original condition.
• The item should not be washed, worn or altered in any case.
• The customer should pay shipping charges. They are non-refundable.
• It must not be an item of Dickies outlet. 

For returning any item purchased from the store, the customer must have the gift receipt or original receipt to process the return. No mail returns are accepted at the store. 

Without the receipt, the transaction will not be accepted on presenting the debit or credit card. Once the return is made within 90 days and has been accepted by Dickies, store credits will be made in Merchandise credits. 

If you opt for gift returns, you need to contact the customer service team with the return authorization number. Once the item is received, customer support will contact you for an exchange.
