The return policy of GUESS tells that customers are given 30 days within which they need to return the purchased item in case they change their mind. Refunds for the merchandise returned are also credited through the original payment method.

All items purchased from the store must be returned to the store only. Online return in such a case shall not be entertained. GUESS takes around 5-8 days for processing the refund after receiving the returned item. 

If you choose any alternate shipping return, make sure to track them. GUESS is not responsible for any item lost in transit while returning.

Return by Mail

This return mode is applicable for all items purchased online.

• Drop the package at the nearest US post office.

Shipping returns charges are charged to the customers’ accounts.

This method of return is for the items purchased offline from the GUESS store.

The sale items can only be returned through a merchandise return card. 

• Determine whether the item is available for offline return.
• The returned item must be taken to the nearest respective store. 
• Carry original invoice photo id along with the merchandise. Also, carry the card with which you made the purchase. 

Amazon Returns

Amazon returns can be made from the Amazon account. Visit the order section and check the item to be returned. Print the free shipping label and send them with the item to be replaced. 

eBay Returns

Find the item from the order history of eBay and select return to return the item. 

Klarna Returns
