Haven Cancellation Policy

Do you want to cancel a Haven booking? If that’s the scenario, you’ll be happy to learn that Haven allows you to cancel your bookings until the day before your arrival. Although securing a refund is a primary concern, several criteria are to meet.

Haven cancellation policy only applies if a passenger cancels ahead of the scheduled travel date. You may be able to get a complete refund on all of your tickets if you do it within 24 hours.

Is Cancellation Possible at Haven?

Yes, you have the option to cancel your Haven booking any time before your arrival. You must pay a cancellation fee if not canceled in 24 hours. 

Cancellation Eligibility of Haven

Haven will give a full refund, excluding the cancellation fee, if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Kindly inform the Customer Services Team as soon as possible if you need to cancel because of a significant sickness or family tragedy. 

The team will examine your situation and, at their judgment, may offer you a price reduction. 

Your vacation will be canceled as a result and  if you want a refund, they may ask you to provide formal proof of your cancelation, including a doctor’s note or court notice. If this is the case, please send a scan or photocopy of the proof to Contact Form within 48 hours of their request and before your vacation begins.

Is Refund Possible at Haven?

At Haven, you can get a refund. But, to receive a complete refund, you must meet specific requirements. According to the cancellation policy, you will receive a full refund if you cancel during the free cancellation period.

Refund Eligibility of Haven

Haven gives you the option of getting a complete refund or paying the full fee for your vacation.

Refunds are not allowed for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date or for reasons such as early departures, no shows, change of mind, weather conditions, or guests being asked to leave the park for violating park rules.

If you have Haven Holiday Protection and need to cancel due to illness, bankruptcy, jury duty, or loss, these are what they will return:

If you have Haven Holiday Protection and need to cancel for whatever circumstances, these are what they will return:

 Haven Cancellation Fee:

Cancellation fees are calculated based on when they get your cancellation notification.

• Cancellations made up to 30 days before your arrival will be charged a cancellation charge of $50 for cabins and $20 for sites.

• Cancellations made 14 to 30 days before your arrival will be charged a termination fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

How to Cancel Your Haven Booking?

Suppose you have planned holidays with Haven but need to cancel them due to a pressing need. Haven cancellations can be easily made online. 

You must have your holiday confirmation number prepared to present to the company to begin the cancellation process. After the cancellation process is completed, you will be notified of the refund choices available to you.

• Step 1: Visit and click the ‘Manage My Booking‘ section on the Haven website.
• Step 2: Log in with your ticket reference number.
• Step 3: Find your booking from the Booking section.
• Step 4: Cancel your bookings.
• Step 5: Submit a refund request.
