IL Makiage is a technology-based beauty brand founded in the year 1972. The base of the company is in New York, United States. Within one year from 2020 to 2021, IL Makiage has launched its stores in Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Like all other fashion brands, IL Makiage also created a return and refund policy for its customers. The return policy is tossed for the customers who wish to know more about the returns and refund process post cancelling an item.

What is IL Makiage’s Return Policy?

The return policy of IL Makiage states that customers are given 14 days within which they need to return the product. Additionally, international customers might have 30 or 60 days to return their products, depending on the purchase path.

Items purchased through gift codes or any discounted merchandise qualify for partial returns. Only the discounted price at the time of purchase shall be returned, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Free orders are final sale items and cannot be returned. There will be no adjustments on previously purchased products from IL Makiage. If you do not have the original packing slip, make sure to have the IL Makiage return label for returning an item.  

IL Makiage might take up to two weeks to process your return and refund the amount to the original mode of payment. Contact your financial provider if there is any further delay in refund.

If the item turns out to be faulty, you should keep the original packaging and the box. Take a picture of it. Please send it to the customer care of IL Makiage, and they will guide you for further steps of returning the product.

If you do not have the label with you, do not worry. You can download the return label from the return page of the website. Original shipping charges of IL Makiage products are non-refundable. 

Ensure that you chose prepaid return because the company is not responsible for the package if the return label of the prepaid courier is missing. Product dropped at the wrong courier must be handled by the customer.

To return an item to IL Makiage, you need to follow specific steps.

• Select the product you wish to return. 

Full refunds are initiated for returns within 14 days from purchase. 

Returns outside US, UK, Germany and Canada are not available for returns.

Returns for US customers can be made through USPS or FedEx. 

For Canadian customers

All the Canada Returns can be made through Canada Post.

For UK customers.

UK returns of IL Makiage can be done through the Royal Mail.

For German customers.

Product returns from Germany can be made through the DPD.
