Just Park cancellation fees depend on the time duration between the cancellation date and the parking scheduled date. The more you cancel your session, the higher the cancellation fees you need to pay.

According to Just Park, if you could not use their service due to some emergency and won’t cancel at the right time, you can contact them. The team will help you secure a full refund if your reason is genuine enough.

For Advance Payment

If you choose to pay on the spot, there is no need to cancel as once you reach there, your parking timing has already started, and you cannot apply for any refund. So you need to pay the total price of parking.

If the parking owner cancels your booking, Just Park will not charge any cancellation fees at all.

What is the Just Park Refund Policy?

Just Park Refund made it quite clear that it provides 10 minutes grace period to cancel your booking and get a full refund in case of an accidental booking.

Not only that, in case of some extraordinary event like you become ill or in case of the sudden death of a family member, you can contact Just Park for a full refund. Just Park team will work with you to sort your query and help you claim a full refund.

If you cancel a short-term booking (14 days or less), you will automatically get your refund according to Just Park policy.

Your refund request will go through the Just Park team in case of a long booking duration. After going through them, you will get your refund.

It usually takes 3 to 5 days for your amount to be refunded.

There are instances where you could not park for some reason. In that case, you are eligible for a full refund. You should contact the Just Park team no later than 48 hours after the booking is due to start.

The reasons are as below,

1. The description was highly inaccurate.
2. Parking space was being rented out illegally by the owner.
3. You parked at a different place as the owner was not there at the parking spot.
4. There was no available space for your vehicle to park. (Send photos of it to Just Park)
5. No parking space existed at the desired site.
6. If there are any other extenuating circumstances due to which you could not park.

In all of these scenarios, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to cancel a Just Park Booking?

To cancel your Just Park service, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps,

1. Go to Just Park’s official website.
2. Then head towards My booking section.
3. Select your scheduled parking booking and click on cancel.
4. Provide the Reason for cancellation and confirm the selection.
5. You can also use Just Park App to cancel your booking.
6. Just Park app is available for both Android and IOS.
7. Log in to your account.
8. Go to My booking action and select your parking booking.
9. Click on cancel and provide the reason for cancellation.
10. Your cancellation is confirmed, and you can check your refund section for any refund.
