What is Killstar’s return policy?
In case you change of mind, you can return the goods received within 1 day from the date they receive and Killstar will help you return or exchange them. Ensure that you have the following points noted to initiate a faster return.
- Killstar Order Number
- Your email address
- A list of what you send and why you want to return it, refunds or an alternative / Exchange
- If you prefer to print a form, do it in Word and PDF formats.
The return fees will have to be borne by the customer, but they recommend you to choose a trustable courier/shipping company.

How to exchange one or more items from your order?
Simply follow the normal return instructions and send it back using the carrier of your choice. They will send you a link to pay for the reshipping of an international order, but they will pay for the domestic exchanges.
You will receive an email with the new order number for your exchanged item and an update as it ships with your new tracking information.
Non-Returnable Items
Health and safety are very important to them and this means that some items cannot be returned to them.
For health and safety reasons, they cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Swimwear and jumpsuits
- Underwear
- Masks
- Earrings
- Lipsticks or cosmetics
All free bundled promotional items must also be returned if the order is returned in full. If an article is returned to them damaged, worn, or in an inappropriate condition, they will not be able to give you an exchange or refund and they will have to send it back to you (And ask you to pay the delivery fee).
All items are checked on returns. To receive your refund, all items must be returned in an unused condition, with original packaging and all labels intact (eg, shoes must be returned with the original shoe box).
Return Time
You have 1 day from the date you received it to mail it back and send it back to them for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
When they collect it from their warehouse, they aim to process it within 5 to10 days of receipt.
Receiving a refund or exchanged item
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued and it will be returned to your original payment method. It may take 5 to10 days to complete from the date they are released.
- If you pay using buy now pay later, they will confirm your return with the supplier and they will contact you to provide an updated payment schedule or direct refund.
- If you have requested a different size/item in return, you will receive an email notification with your new order number for the new size/item and other updates as the item ships. All exchange orders shipped to international addresses must include a new shipment number and a link will be emailed to you for you to make this payment.
