How To Return An Online Purchase (Uk)
Liberty offers several ways to return:
- Within your order, you will find a dispatch note with instructions for Complimentary DPD returns.
- The next option is to return your purchase to the store or use your own postage. You have up to 30 days to return an item. Please note items must be returned to us in their original condition.
COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS WITH DPD
- If there is a DPD label provided in your order, attach it to your parcel (ensuring any old labels are removed).
- To create a DPD returns label, please click here to complete the returns form. You will need to have your order number to hand in order to complete the form (see below)
- Find a convenient DPD Pick Up Shop to return your item to
- Take your parcel to the DPD Pick Up Shop (or anywhere you see the DPD Pick Up sign)
Please note it may take up to five working days to appear in your account.
RETURN USING OWN POSTAGE
- Take your sealed box or bag containing the item(s) to be returned to your nearest Post Office or courier company.

- Please note this is not a pre-paid service and therefore you will be responsible for postage costs.
Please note, they are not able to offer exchanges to online orders currently so if you wish to do an exchange, please bring your item and paperwork to Customer Services when the store is open.
How To Return An In-Store Purchase (Uk)
- Purchases made in the Liberty store must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
- Returns will be processed in accordance with our In-Store Returns Policy
How To Return An International Purchase (Outside Uk)
- International Returns must be arranged through the Global-e returns portal. Please note that you will need your Order ID and email address in order to process your return.
- Returns are free for all international orders.
- Please note, they cannot accept returns on international advent calendar orders.
How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?
- For online purchases, you have up to 30 days from receipt of the item to return the goods, subject to our Online Returns Policy.
- For in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the goods, subject to our In Store Returns Policy.
