  • You can return or exchange any unwanted product within 30 days from the purchase date. You can either get a full refund or store credit.
  • Skate Hut Christmas return policy is different compared to its standard return policy. Any purchase made from 1st October 2021 can be returned until 17th January 2022.
  • Items returned after 30 days time period under the Christmas return policy will not yield a refund. Rather than the usual refund, you will get Skate Hut reward points. 
  • Your product must be returned unused with the original packaging intact, and it should be in a re-saleable condition to get a refund.
  • Skate Hut will not refund original refund charges.
  • Using Skate Hut designated return service will cost you £2.99($3.94). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • It usually takes seven working days to process your refund. However, it can also take 15 working days during busy days.
  • If you receive faulty or incorrect items, you should contact the Skate hut team ASAP at sales@skatehut.co.uk or call them at 0121 501 1111. You should contact them within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • If your item has been visibly used or worn, marked or dirty, without packaging or damaged packaging, damaged in transit due to insufficient packing, washed or laundered, it will not be returned

  • If you return your product within 30 days from the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Original Delivery charges are not refundable.
