company, SNS have extended their operations to different parts of the globe. With sneaker varieties both for men and women, SNS has become a famous sneaker brand in the UK.

Sneakers and Stuff (also abbreviated as SNS) also has a return and refund policy. The return policy has been made to answer all the customers’ queries regarding the return and refund methods involved.

What is SNS’s return policy?

The return policy of Sneakers and Stuff provides 30 days for the customers to return their product in case they are not satisfied with it and wish to change their mind. But, to be eligible for the return, customers also have to meet specific criteria. 

• Please pack the item as it was initially before sending them for return.
• Attach all the tags that were there from the beginning. 
• Do not try your shoes outside. Any dirt or marks on the shoes will not make it available for a refund. 
• The shoebox also forms a part of the product. So make sure to return the shoe with the original shoebox. The damaged shoebox will deduct 30 euros from your refunded amount.
• Return shipping expenses are on account of the customer. Try to use a tracked courier service and keep the postage proof of return.

All the refunds are sent back to the original mode of payment through which the transaction was made. Once Sneakers and Stuff receive the parcel, the company takes around two weeks to process the refund.

Almost all the products are eligible for a refund, and some of them are rejected if they do not satisfy the terms and conditions of the return policy.

How to Return SNS’s product?

The company has kept different methods available for the customers to return their products.

Return to the warehouse.	You need to fill up the online return form. Contact a trackable delivery service. Handover the product to them and keep the postage as proof of return. Shipping charges are on account of the customer.
Return using an online form.	Visit the official website of the company. Insert your zip code and order number. Select the item that you chose to return. Confirm all the required information. Choose a nearby drop off location and drop the parcel there.  Make sure that the shipping label is attached and the shipping charges are paid.
Return via courier service.	Fill up the return form and keep it inside the parcel. Pack the product like original packing conditions. For international customers.	Fill up the return form and keep it inside the package. Take the product to trackable courier service and send it to the following address: Sneakersnstuff, Fryksdals, backen 312343 Farst, Sweden

Once the returns are processed, customers will receive a confirmation on their mail id. Within 2 weeks, the refunds are processed in the account of the customer.
