Start Fitness is a sports retail brand that was founded in 1991. It has its base in Cramlington, Northumberland, United Kingdom. The company operates through its website, shops and catalogues. 

Start Fitness has three retail stores in Durham, Darlington, and Newcastle. Start Fitness is a part of the Start group that includes Start Football and Start Cycles. 

Like all other fitness brands, Start Fitness also has a return policy for customers. The return policy aims at providing information about refunds to the customers who have changed their minds and wish to know about the refund procedure post-cancellation. 

This article provides adequate information about the return process of Start Fitness, and it also tells us how the refunds will be made after cancelling an item or product. 

What is Start Fitness’s Return Policy?

Like all other customers, you might also wish to cancel your product and claim a refund. A full refund and exchange policy are applicable for UK customers, whereas only a refund is applicable for Non-UK customers. Any additional postage costs incurred shall be on account of the customer.

If the customers use coupon codes for purchasing an item, their refund will be made based on the terms and conditions.

The products that are to be returned must be in original packing conditions. The cost of postage must be on account of the customers unless a product is confirmed faulty. 

Face coverings, Underwear and Swimwear, cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Specially ordered products cannot be returned. Any promotional items that you receive as gifts must be returned. Else you will be charged for it. 

Products claimed to be returned after 28 days will be accepted only under the following conditions:

Start Fitness takes up to 14 days from the date of refund to initiate the refund process. Use a registered or signed portal service as a safety precaution for the goods lost at the time of transit.

If you select express postage service to deliver goods, Start Fitness will only return the standard cost of equivalent postage rate ( maximum of 5 euros for UK customers ).

How to return Start Fitness’s Product?

The return process is mentioned on the backside of the invoice. You have to fill out the required information and tick the products you wish to return. There is no facility for the customers to visit the warehouse and return an item.

Once the backside of the invoice containing the return information is filled successfully, customers need to post them to the return address.
