What is the Suit Direct Returns Policy?

• Returns are not available for some health and hygiene products like underwear, socks, masks, and personalized products. Also, if your item is soiled or tainted with any odor then such product will also not be refunded.

• You have 90 days from the receipt to return your goods. 

• For initiating a return, fill in the return form that comes with your order. 

• Now, repack your returning goods in the original packaging and place the filled-in return form in the parcel. 

• Finally, send back your parcel via any reputed courier service. 

• Your return will be processed within a few days and you will be refunded as per your original payment method. 

• Online purchases must be sent back via post whereas in-store purchases have to be returned to the store only. 

• You have to bear your return shipping expenses.

Returning a Faulty Product

• After arrival and subsequent approval, you will be notified via a confirmatory email and you will be refunded according to the original payment method within a few days.

• UK Mainland returns are free of charge using the Collect+ label included in your order.

• Returns must be made to the point of sale. They are unable to accept store returns online, or returns from website orders to our stores.

Exchanges

For exchanges, they ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return any unwanted items to us.

International Returns

• Items can be returned via your local Post Office at your cost. As Suit Direct cannot be held responsible for any returned parcels lost in the post they suggest keeping your receipt as proof of postage.

• For orders placed prior to 02/03/22, overseas customers are entitled to return their order to us for a refund, provided the above conditions are met, however, they ask that the customer cover the costs of returning the item(s) to their warehouse.
