We’d charge a 4-month Early Disconnection Fee as this is the remaining period after the standard 30-day notice period we ask for when downgrading or removing services. During the 30-day notice period, we charge the normal monthly cost for the services.”

What is the Virgin Media Refund Policy?
Virgin Media follows the Ofcom regulation when it comes to refunding policy. If you paid any advance amount and canceled your subscription in the middle of the contract, then you are eligible for a refund.
It takes up to 30 days after your disconnection to get your final bill. If any extra credit is left in your account, Virgin Media will send you that amount through check via post.
It can take up to six to seven weeks for your check to arrive. After getting the check, you have six months to cash it.

How to cancel Virgin Media Subscription?
To cancel your Virgin Media Subscription, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Check whether you are in contract or not. To do this, sign in to your virgin media account from the virgin media website or by downloading the My virgin media app into your mobile.
- If you are in the contract, you may need to pay the early disconnection fees.
- Contact the Virgin media team. You can dial 150 from your virgin media home phone or dial 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
- After canceling your service, you need to return the Virgin media kit. You need to post the equipment back to Virgin Media.
